I've noticed that you don't have objectives and treatment plans in many of your charts. Having a good hold on what you are setting out to do with treatment can be critical, especially when you are doing phase I treatment. To help you organize your thoughts, i've posted some of the treatment planning materials i've developed for my own use, as well as simpler things i use for other clinics. Feel free to use them as you will (right side of this page). Also linked to the right is a MS PowerPoint template for your photos. The instructions for use are in the "notes" section.
